Kate is an award-winning, top 1% producing Real Estate Broker in the Chicagoland Area with 20+ years experience in service, sales, marketing, negotiating, and public speaking. Born in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood and growing up in the western suburbs, Kate has life-long local knowledge of the areas she serves.
Kate is the Founder and CEO of LIVE Chicago Team, a multimillion-dollar real estate company. She has earned recognition as an Elite Luxury Real Estate Agent with Real Brokerage, one of the fastest-growing publicly traded real estate technology companies, where she is also a shareholder.
Kate is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Kate received the "Best Social Media" Award from Coldwell Banker Realty in 2022 & 2023 and was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the ILC Development Corporation in 2016. Kate owned, operated and opened boutique fitness studios throughout the midwest for over a decade before she transitioned to the real estate industry.
